Return & Refund Policy

Warranty Policy:

  • Our limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for one month from the date of purchase.
  • A valid sales receipt must be included to prove that your product was purchased within the warranty period.
  • Only products sold through authorized showrooms are subject to the terms of the warranty.
  • Once your product is inspected and a defect is found, we will replace it with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price.
  • As we are a fashion company, we cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for replacement. If this is the case, you will be able to select an alternative replacement.
  • We do not repair damaged products. However, we will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.

What's not covered:

The following are NOT covered by BindazZ guarantee nor are the above covered when any of the following are prevalent:

  • Discount products are not under warranty coverage.
  • This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.
  • Fraying of straps or shoe uppers due to use or abuse.
  • Deterioration as a result of water exposure or misuse.
  • Sole wearing out or worn through.
  • An alien abduction beam causes colors to fade.
  • Damage from bicycle or motorcycle use, including cuts, scratches, burns, etc.
  • Damage caused by wetting non-waterproof products.
  • Products modified or repaired outside of BindazZ or by a shoe cobbler will void the warranty coverage.
  • BindazZ products must be evaluated first-hand by our specialists for warranty determination.
  • The warranty does not apply to issues related to fit.
